These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made on the website esquire.ee, operated by OÜ Esquire, registry code 17217672, located at Sole 56-34, Tallinn, Estonia.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.
2. Products and Pricing
All prices on the website are in euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
Product information is provided directly next to each item.
The store reserves the right to change prices and product availability at any time.
In the event of an error in pricing or product description, the store may cancel the order and refund the customer.
3. Ordering Process
- Customer adds desired products to the cart.
- Proceeds to checkout and enters contact and delivery information.
- Chooses a payment method and reviews the order.
- Accepts these Terms and Conditions.
- Completes payment through Maksekeskus AS, our payment service provider.
- Order confirmation is sent via email, and the sales contract enters into force.
4. Payment
Payments are accepted via bank links, card payments, and other options provided by Maksekeskus AS.
All transactions are processed in euros (€).
Payment must be made in full before the order is shipped.
5. Delivery
Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery within Estonia takes 1–3 business days depending on the selected shipping method (Omniva, SmartPost, DPD, etc.). International shipping times vary by destination.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Private customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@esquire.ee with your order number.
Returned goods must be unused and in original packaging.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the purchaser is a legal person.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
7. Warranty and Liability
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or improper use of the products.
In case of a defective item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
8. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, Estonian law applies.
Private customers may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee or the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority.
