\nThese Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made on the website esquire.ee, operated by O\u00dc Esquire<\/strong>, registry code 17217672<\/strong>, located at Sole 56-34, Tallinn, Estonia.
\nBy placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.<\/p>\n

2. Products and Pricing<\/strong>
\nAll prices on the website are in euros (\u20ac) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
\nProduct information is provided directly next to each item.
\nThe store reserves the right to change prices and product availability at any time.
\nIn the event of an error in pricing or product description, the store may cancel the order and refund the customer.<\/p>\n

3. Ordering Process<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Customer adds desired products to the cart.<\/li>\n
  2. Proceeds to checkout and enters contact and delivery information.<\/li>\n
  3. Chooses a payment method and reviews the order.<\/li>\n
  4. Accepts these Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n
  5. Completes payment through Maksekeskus AS<\/strong>, our payment service provider.<\/li>\n
  6. Order confirmation is sent via email, and the sales contract enters into force.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    4. Payment<\/strong>
    \nPayments are accepted via bank links, card payments, and other options provided by Maksekeskus AS<\/strong>.
    \nAll transactions are processed in euros (\u20ac).
    \nPayment must be made in full before the order is shipped.<\/p>\n

    5. Delivery<\/strong>
    \nOrders are shipped within 1\u20133 business days after payment confirmation.
    \nDelivery within Estonia takes 1\u20133 business days depending on the selected shipping method (Omniva, SmartPost, DPD, etc.). International shipping times vary by destination.<\/p>\n

    6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns<\/strong>
    \nPrivate customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
    \nTo initiate a return, please contact us at info@esquire.ee<\/strong> with your order number.
    \nReturned goods must be unused and in original packaging.
    \nThe right of withdrawal does not<\/strong> apply if the purchaser is a legal person.
    \nReturn shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
    \nRefunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.<\/p>\n

    7. Warranty and Liability<\/strong>
    \nWe are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or improper use of the products.
    \nIn case of a defective item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.<\/p>\n
